The external spaces were designed to better manage the production flows, the loading and unloading zones, the private and public entrances and the car park. The production area comprises several repair workshops and is located on the ground floor, despite the fact they work in close collaboration with the commercial and management departments upstairs. From the preliminary phases of the project, we proposed customized structural solutions to determine the types and shapes of the false ceilings and to design the technical rooms and connecting
